6.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the manilacasino system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, manilacasino reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
6.3 manilacasino reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is the result of a palpable pricing or odds error. In sports betting, void bets arising from obvious pricing errors will have stakes returned to the Player's account without additional compensation.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manilacasino platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond manilacasino's reasonable control may cause temporary disruptions. manilacasino will not be liable for losses resulting from such disruptions.
9.4 Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you participate in real-money gaming voluntarily and accept that losses are a possible outcome. manilacasino is not liable for gambling losses incurred by any Player.

13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
